Information on the Online Classes 

Beginners Pilates

These classes will suit complete beginners or those just getting back into Pilates or just back from injury/building their fitness.

A clear explanation and breakdown of the correct technique of the exercises is provided during the class. No equipment necessary.

Intermediate/Advanced Pilates

This category includes both intermediate and advanced classes. These classes are challenging but modifications are shown for the majority of exercises so you can work at your level whether it’s intermediate or advanced.

No equipment is needed, however, it is optional to add in hand weights and/or resistance bands to some of the exercises if you want to work at a more advanced level.

You will also find specific categories designed to target specific body areas or issues. Some of the categories include:

  • Stretch Series: focusing on flexibility and mobility
